SWEEPSTAKES RULES – LÂG GUITARS x VIANNEY

Article 1 – Organizer

The sweepstakes is organized by ALGAM SAS, with a share capital of €3,000,000, registered under number 430 425 314 with the RCS of Nantes, whose headquarters are located at 2 rue de Milan – Parc d’Activités des Petites Landes, 44470 Thouaré-sur-Loire, France (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

Article 2 – Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to all individuals aged 18 and over residing in a country within the European Union, except employees of the Organizer and their immediate families.

Only one entry per person is allowed for the entire duration of the sweepstakes.

To enter, participants must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Consent to receive the LÂG Guitars newsletter by checking the appropriate box

Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Article 3 – Duration

The sweepstakes will run from April 25, 2025 to May 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Paris time).

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the dates in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Article 4 – Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through an automated draw within 7 days after the sweepstakes ends, from among all valid entries.

Only one winner will be selected.

Article 5 – Prize

The winner will receive a LÂG signature Vianney VIAN-001 guitar, autographed by Vianney.
Estimated retail value: 539€ TTC.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute.

Article 6 – Prize delivery

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
They must respond within 7 calendar days with their full shipping address to claim the prize.

If the winner does not respond in time or if the delivery cannot be completed, the Organizer reserves the right to designate an alternate winner.

Article 7 – Personal Data

Personal data collected (email address) is required for the management of the sweepstakes and for sending the LÂG Guitars newsletter.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their data, and to data portability.

Data will be stored for a maximum of 3 years from the last interaction or from the exercise of the right to opt out.

Article 8 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of technical malfunctions, undelivered entries, or delivery issues related to the prize or notifications.
